ACT was founded on a simple conviction: the most important companies of the next decade will be built by operators who already know how to build, in categories the world cannot afford to get wrong.
For most of the last century, the holding company was a financial construct — a vehicle for capital allocation, with a quarterly cadence and a respectful distance from operations. That model worked when industries moved slowly and capital was the scarce ingredient.
That world is gone. The companies winning today are built by teams who can ship, recruit, regulate, partner and tell a story — all at once. They need capital, but they need operating muscle far more. ACT was built to provide both, in the same hands.
The UAE and Saudi Arabia have committed tens of billions of dollars to becoming global hubs for artificial intelligence, advanced technology and consumer wellness. National strategies — UAE 2031 and Saudi Vision 2030 — have moved from policy documents to data centres, sovereign-backed AI companies, and direct partnerships with Microsoft, Nvidia, OpenAI, Google and others. The buyer is awake. The capital is deployed. The consumer is young and digital-native.
Yet most global companies still treat MENA as an after-thought — entered late, served remotely, and governed without local context. That is the gap ACT was built to close.
For international AI, technology and wellness companies, we operate as a regional partner — through advisory engagements, board roles, market-entry mandates, or long-term operating partnerships. The structure varies. The mandate does not: scale here, properly, the first time.
Our work concentrates on the intersection of intelligence, performance and health — categories that, viewed individually, are large; viewed together, are foundational.
Artificial intelligence is the substrate. Human performance is the application that touches every person on earth. Health is the outcome that makes both meaningful. The companies we build live at the place these three meet.
When we see a gap the market hasn't filled, we form the team, write the first cheque, and operate alongside founders from concept to commercialisation.
Where founders already have the vision and traction, we provide capital, governance, network, and the operating playbook of a holding company.
We treat scaling as a discipline. Org design, distribution, technology, regulation, and brand — handled as a system, not a series of fires.
ACT is a private holding company, founder-led by design. We move with the conviction and tempo that only direct ownership allows.
We are supported by a circle of senior advisors — operators, scientists, and investors who have built and governed companies at institutional scale. Their counsel informs how we deploy capital, structure ventures, and make the decisions that compound. We will formalise additional governance as the portfolio matures.
Founder & Chairman
ACT Holding · Dubai
Fadi has spent two decades founding and scaling businesses in highly regulated industries — building organisations through the full arc from inception, through institutional partnership, to scale.
That operating experience — knowing what it takes to build a company that regulators, investors and customers can trust — is the foundation ACT is built on. He founded ACT to bring that discipline to the categories that will define the next decade: artificial intelligence, human performance and health.
